According to sources, Jude Law will reiterate his part as Yon-Rogg in Captain Marvel 2. It’s said that the Starforce leader will start the movie as a villain, but will eventually end up helping Carol in some such way.
As it now stands, Carol’s second solo flick looks to be a long way from going into production, meaning that Marvel still has ample time to change their plan of action. That being said, Law’s last scene in Captain Marvel – which saw a defeated Yon-Rogg flying back to Hala – certainly indicating that we hadn’t seen the prior of the Kree warrior, and it could be fascinating to watch how he recoils back from his mortifying defeat.
