Ceremonies not Attended by the Queen
Due to health issues, the she could not attend several ceremonies. But Prince Charles and Prince William, the next in line, did them. After the Jubilee Pageant, the Queen appeared on the Buckingham Palace balcony.

Also, she witnessed 14 British Prime Ministers, from Winston Churchill to Liz Truss, during her tenure. Also, she made history by placing Liz Truss in Balmoral, Scotland, as she could not travel back to London due to her illness.
Prince Philip
Prince Philip was her husband for 73 years. Then he passed away in April 2021, a few weeks before turning 100. The world was affected by the picture of the Queen attending his funeral alone in the quire of St. George’s Chapel according to COVID protocol.
