YNW Melly is a 21-year-old American rapper or singer. He has been in headlines lately, with reports declaring that he has been imprisoned to death. Jamell Demons also known as YNW Melly, was disclosed to have appealed a judge’s release from the Broward County Jail in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
After testing positive for COVID-19 in the jail, he redirected the appeal. But it seems that he has been treated, but he still remains in jail. The release date is continuously postponed and the release date is still unknown. His fans are eager to know the release date of Melly.
Why Was YNW Melly Arrested?
YNW Melly was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder on February 13th, 2019. According to a story in Distractify, YNW Melly has been charged with the killings of friends and co- rappers Anthony Williams (YNW Sakchasr) and Christopher Thomas Jr.(YNW Juvy).
It is thought that he and Corten Henry were the crooks of this enormity. The two young rappers were murdered in an event that took place on October 26, 2018, in Miramar, Florida. He and his lawyer, say that the boys were involved in a rush shooting.
