Hibito chooses to travel to the Moon, whereas Mutta chooses to travel to Mars. Hibito has grown into a full-fledged JAXA astronaut and has been assigned to a trip to the moon in the year 2025. We also see in the chapter that Mutta, on the other hand, has had less luck in realizing his ambitions.

Mutta receives a letter announcing that he has been accepted into a JAXA training program for future astronauts as he recalls his former goals. The story follows Mutta as he strives to follow in his brother’s footsteps and become an astronaut.
