Kaiju No 8 Chapter 46: Release Date and Read Manga Online

Kaiju No 8 Chapter 46 is about to release on 14th October 2021, Thursday on VIZ’s official website and Shueisha’s Mangaplus. Fans are excited.

Naoya Matsumoto’s manga series Kaiju No. 8, commonly known as Monster 8, is a Japanese manga series written and drawn by him. Since July 2020, it has been serialized for free on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app and website. The series has been licenced for English distribution in North America by Viz Media.

On July 3, 2020, the series premiered on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app and website. Matsumoto and Kaiju No. 8 decided in August 2020 to publish a new chapter every week for three weeks, followed by a one-week hiatus. Shueisha has divided the chapters into separate tankobon volumes.

About the series:

In the series, the Kaiju monsters assault the Japanese almost every single day, and the Japanese Defense Force is entrusted with eliminating them. Kafka Hibino and Mina Oshiro, lifelong friends, decided to join the Defense Force when their town was destroyed by kaiju when they were children. Meanwhile, Mina has become well-known as the commander of the Defense Force’s Third Unit.

And whereas Kafka has repeatedly failed the examination and is now a member of Monster Sweeper Inc., a clean-up team tasked with disposing of the monsters’ dead bodies after the war. In its later chapters, Kafka obtains the power to transform into a monster after a little talking monster flies into his mouth through his lips, earning him the nickname “Kaiju No. 8.”
