The story revolves around the life of Lahela “Doogie” Kamealoha, a sixteen-year-old teenage girl. From this show, we will get to experience the life of a teen doctor who will have to overcome all the problems life throws at us as a teenager and as an adult at the same time. She feels being a teen doctor is like having a superpower.
Lahella’s struggle not only includes the one at the hospital but she also has to deal with her family issues. She works under her mom at the hospital and sometimes she feels like her mom is trying to control everything that’s going on in her life. We also see how her father thinks she is missing on so much in life and it feels like she is no more his little girl.
