But after returning to the present he realizes Hinata was still dead but Naoto was alive and he was a detective now. Takemichi seems to be able to turn the tide of time. Takemichi realizes he has a chance to save Hinata. He decides to infiltrate and ascend the Tokyo Manji Gang to re-establish the future and save Hinata from her tragic fate.
