A meteor falls and impedes the harmony and peace that heroes of the Neo World had maintained for decades. Suddenly, Wukong Impulse Gundam emerges from the point of impact and he has no memory of the past whatsoever. The havoc that emerges from the incident spreads across the world like wildfire.

Now the heroes must unite and work with Wukong to eliminate the impending disasters and rejuvenate the peace and harmony that was disturbed.

The 19th episode of the show titled “Wukong’s Memory” gave us insights into the past of Wukong Impulse Gundam. The episode started with a battle between Zhuge Liang Freedom Gundam and Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam that ends up destroying a nearby village. Following the action-packed battle, Wukong is reminded of his past by the two of them. The flashback tells us about the scientific experiment that meddled with his mind.

Back to the present, Wukong learns how to gain control over the forces which compel him to commit such regrettable deeds and vows to help Liu Bei and Zhuge in their contest to reassert world peace.
