As the release date of Justice League is just around the corner. We are seeing new promotional trailers and interviews and articles on how it’s going to be. People are pretty excited about this cut by Zack Snyder. This Justice League will have a new set of Villains or as in DC comics a new set of Gods. And I guess we will be seeing a grey antagonist, not like a black and white creature in the original Justice League.
The movie will feature many additional shots of both our Heroes and Villains. Which was originally shot by Zack Snyder but was changed by Joss Whedon when he joined the project and ruined it. He is expecting good storytelling of characters and their grey areas not what was presented before.
As the trailer suggests, we will see many new villains from DC comics in this cut. Villains who have been in comics for a long time and finally are getting a big screen. some of the characters are:

One of the most exciting villains we will get to see is Darkseid himself. Who is he? Well, he is none other than the Apokolips’s lord. In the original Justice League, his name was taken several times but we never got to see him in all his glory.
We know that there’s a history of Darkseid, that he failed to conquer earth before because Gren Lanterns, Amazons, as well as Atlanteans, intervened. But it was at the time when he was known as Uxas. It will be an exciting story to know what happened if Zack Snyder chooses to show it to us. It’s a 4-hour movie after all.
As we all know, Steppenwolf was in Joss Whedon’s Justice League. But the character was neither explored nor was given justice according to the powers he has. While he still works under Darkseid, he is a different persona completely separate from other villains.
And as Zack Snyder already said in the interview that Steppenwolf will be the actual villain in this movie despite the presence of his master Darkseid. The original look of Steppenwolf was so scary that Warner Brothers did not approve it to be projected in the movie but now at last we will get to see what Zack Snyder had for us.
Now we have Desaad. He is also one of the most trustworthy of Darkseid. He was also in the movie but was removed by Joss Whedon in 2017’s cut. He is one of the new gods in the Apokoliptian world and also a priest. I guess we will be also taken back in time to explore his origins in the movie. He has been with the dark side when he was a child and he started serving until he became a torturer. It will be a good storyline to see the brainwashed villains.
