As per the reports, T.I. will not return as Dave, Scott Lang’s pal in Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania. The Rapper, Actor made his debut with the original 2015’s Antman. In which he was seen portraying the role of Dave. One of the closest pal of Scott Lang, who helped him in his mission.
There is not much revealed about the plot of the Antman and The Wasp: Quantumania, but the actors and directors have teased. That Scott, Hope van Dyne, Hank Pym, Janet van Dyne are going to team up for a new audacious and deadly mission. As the title suggests, the movie is going to explore some of the hidden and alluring aspects of the quantum realm.
While the makers have confirmed that the main cast of the series is going to reprise their role. And some new faces are going to join the cast. Scott’s quirky friends will be missing a member in the upcoming threequel.
Why T.I. has been dropped from the Antman 3 cast
As per the news reports by THR, T.I. is not going to be a part of the upcoming Marvel Studios venture. This news comes amidst allegations against the rapper and his wife, Tiny, for “sexual abuse. Forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, false imprisonment, intimidation, assault and harassment.”
The couple has been strongly denying every claim and recently released it through their lawyers. It is still not confirmed that the rape allegations are the reason behind T.I.’s exist from the confirmed cast list.
It was expected that the third installment of the Antman is going to bring some of the major changes into the plot as initially. Cassie Lang actress Emma Fuhrmann decided to step down from the role. With Kathryn Newton taking over the role.
