It is written and directed by Adam McKay. If you are not familiar with Adam Mckay. he is the director of The Big Short, Vice, Step Brothers, and many more. He has also won the Oscars for writing the script of The Big Short.
STORY:
Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence are playing the main part. They are small astronomers and find out that a collision will happen in a few days because of an asteroid. They told everyone about this but they have been laughed off and nobody took this danger seriously. It’s will be a satirical movie, taking a view on stereotypes and beliefs.

RELEASE DATE:
Netflix announced this movie way back in the February of 2020, but the movie had to stop production because of CoronaVirus Pandemic. But the shooting started in the month of November and it’s scheduled to release this year. The movie has already been delayed for many months and Netflix is going ahead with the productions because it can’t take any losses now. It will be released this year despite the pandemic.
JENNIFER LAWRENCE INJURED:
The news came that Jennifer Lawrence was injured on the set of this movie because of a stunt that went wrong. The injury happened because flying glass hit her near the eye. The injury was minor and she is all right now.
