The ex-President of America, a few weeks ago, the second impeachment trial is approaching. According to Article 1, section5 of United State Constitution, the House of Representatives can hinder the Vice President or President and other officials only if there’s the majority of House members.

The legal team included the attorneys from South Calorine including Butch Bowers is the layer, who was leading the team. Deborah Barbier with Butch Bowers was expected to be the lead attorney. However, they both left and are no more in the team. Moreover, Johnny Gasser and Greg Harris are also not involved in this case now.

“The Democrats’ efforts to impeach a president who has already left office is totally unconstitutional and so bad for our country. In fact, 45 Senators have already voted that it is unconstitutional. We have done much work, but have not made a final decision on our legal team, which will be made shortly” informed Jason Miller to CNN.

Fired or Withdrawn?

This is a matter of concern for trump that his legal team withdrawn themselves before even the beginning of the trial period of his impeachment. The reason can be the disagreement of the Trump and other officials over the election fraud. It happened on Jan 13 for incitement of insurrection and violent siege at the U.S. Capitol.

Besides this, Jay Sekulow, an ex-top lawyer of Trump,  was with Trump on his first trial but he has also left his side. Hence, nobody is on his side and his second trial is approaching. He hasn’t fired anybody but he has lost all the officials who were by his side.
