The second season of Batwoman introduced us with Javicia Leslie’s Ryan Wilder, who will ultimately become the new Batwoman. Ruby Rose who portrayed Batwoman aka Kate Kane in the first season left the show and the CW instead of replacing her character introduce the new one. Ryan Wilder first the first time comes to face-to-face with original Batwoman’s sister Alice in the second episode.
Batwoman Season 2 Episode 3 will release on The CW on January 31, 2021. Batwoman Season 2 Episode 3 Preview
The CW has released the official synopsis for the third episode. We have pretty much idea what to expect from the next episode of Batwoman. Ryan found the Batsuit in the season premiere but fought against Tommy Elliot, ultimately sending him back to Arkham. Elliot shot her with kryptonite gun, but the Batsuit saved her, however, she sustained injury in the process.
She returned Batsuit to Luke and Mary and went to do her regular life. But, she trouble didn’t leave her as she couldn’t get a security job due to her prior criminal record. People started feeling the absence of Batwoman and assembled a large crowd demanding her return. Luke and Mary decides to give the Batsuit to Ryan and serve as the Batwoman until Kate Kane returns.
Alice then confronts Ryan and begins fighting with her. When poison-carrying bats begin to attack the crowd, Alice leaves her duel with Ryan. Ryan then destroys these poisonous Bats by leading into a place with the Batmobile. However, the crowd are infected with the poison, but Alice gives Desert Rose antidote contained in Mary’s blood to Mary to cure those infected people.
In the upcoming episode, Ryan will continue exploring and understanding her new dual life. Alice is currently held by Safiyah Sohail after her she kidnapped her with the help of Tatiana. Tatiyana took Alice to Safiyah after she gave Desert Rose to Mary. Safiyah will learn about Alice’s antics in the next episode while Victor Szasz appears in the street of the city.
