As soon as Redmi separated itself from Xiaomi and become an independent entity it has launched a series of products in all possible segments. one of them is Redmi K40 Pro which is equipped with snapdragon 865.
Starting with Redmi K20 Pro to the many versions of the Redmi K30 Pro, the Redmi K30 Ultra, and the recently launched Redmi K30S. with the possible year-end launch of the new Redmi K40 Pro becoming a possibility the rumor mills are abuzz with a lot of information about the specs and price of the new product.
Redmi K40 Pro Price:
The price of the phone is expected to be around Rs 35000/-.
Faster charging support
The K40 pro will come with a faster charging solution with 33W like K30 and K40S Extreme Commemorative Edition. Like the recent offering from Real Me and One Plus, we can expect this from Redmi too.
It is expected to continue with the pop-up front camera feature to achieve a clean bezel-less display. This was introduced with Redmi K30 Pro. The company is expected to continue with this feature.
Redmi K40 Pro: Display
The consumer was disappointed with this feature missing in the previous K30 phone, the tech gurus are sure that Redmi will include Higher Refresh Rate Display in K40 Pro for sure. The feature is mostly available in recent phones.
Specification
The Redmi K40 Pro will run on the Android v10 (Q) operating system, which will be powered by Octa-core (3.1 GHz, Single-core. Kryo 560 + 2.42 GHz, Tri-Core. Kryo 585 + 1.8 GHz, Quad-Core, Kryo 5850) processor. It will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus Chipset. It will be available with 6 GB, 6 GB RAM, and 128 GB internal storage.
It is expected to have other high-end features with regards to the camera, AMOLED display, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, and others.
The launch date is in early January 2021.
