Laura Whitmore Steps down as the Host Of Love Island

After two and a half years on “Love Island,” host Laura Whitmore has decided to leave the U.K. reality show.

, Whitmore has only been seen on the “Aftersun” after-show. Besides her role on “Love Island,”

Former host, Caroline Flack’s close pal Whitmore notably took over the show in January 2020.

In response to Whitmore’s departure, ITV released a statement praising their former presenter for her work in the show’s last three seasons.

After two and a half years on “Love Island,” host Laura Whitmore has decided to leave the U.K. reality show.

We appreciate her contributions to the show but fully accept her decision, and we look forward to collaborating with her on future ITV projects.
