It is due to posts by the musician, now going by Ye officially, that were generally antisemitic. According to Sunday statements from Meta, Ye sent things that were against their rules. Meta is the company that owns Twitter and Instagram.

Internet archive data shows that Ye tweeted that he would shortly commit death by con three on Jewish people late on Saturday. Further, this appears to be a reference to the DEFCON scale. Also, this scale measures the readiness of the American military.
He said: “You guys have messed with him and tried to blackball everyone who opposes your agenda in the same message.” Also, Twitter removes this message by Ye. Ye received backlash earlier this month for presenting his collection at Paris Fashion Week. He was sporting a white Lives Matter T-shirt.
Instagram Video by Sean Diddy Combs
In a video released on Instagram, rapper Sean Diddy Combs warned people not to purchase the shirt. According to media sources, Ye claimed that Diddy was under the control of Jews. In addition, he shares a snapshot of a text message that he had with Ye.
The two social networks forbid the posting of foul words per their regulations. Ye’s Twitter account is still open. But he cannot post until the suspension is lifted, which may take an arbitrary amount of time.
Limits by Meta
Instagram and Facebook’s parent company, Meta, occasionally impose limits on accounts that they believe often violate their rules. Temporary bans on posting, commenting, and direct messaging are possible penalties. After Instagram locked his account, Ye reportedly stopped using Twitter for over two years. He started using it again on October 8.
Elon Musk, a billionaire and CEO of Tesla, welcomed Ye’s return to the platform before his suspension. By writing, “Welcome back to Twitter, my friend.” It comes after months of legal wrangling with the firm.
Last week, Musk reiterated his $44 billion offer to purchase Twitter.
Although it’s impossible to know precisely how Musk would govern the robust network if he were to take it, he has promised to transform Twitter into a refuge for free speech and ease constraints.
