Jay Shetty can rejoice the moment when he announces the unveiling of a new book. The new book, titled 8 Rules of Love: How to Find It, Keep It, and Let It Go, will be released on January 31, 2023. The On Purpose podcast presenter will present it. This book debuted at No. 1 on the New York Times bestseller list.
From first dates to final goodbyes, he lays out “clear, tangible steps” in his new book. “This will assist readers in “learning the abilities to cultivate and nurture love,” as stated in a press release.

Shetty says about Love: “Love is about learning to love ourselves to love others. With so many perspectives, portraits, and parables of Love surrounding us every day. Everyone’s definition of Love is different. It should be developed to allow you to enjoy that Love every day.”
If you want attention, I won’t give you pickup lines. I won’t teach you how to change yourself so that you fit their ideal of you. I won’t tell you how to change them so that they fit your ideal of them. You should avoid wasting time on people who aren’t a good fit. It’s important to recognise and accept your traits and preferences.
What will this book be about?
Shetty says that his book will “lead you from loneliness to self-awareness,” whether the reader is single, married, or struggling in a relationship.
While it’s impossible to predict when or where we’ll find Love, Shetty advises that we can at least be ready for it when it comes along.
In discussing the book, Jay Shetty says, “Finding the one and leaving the rest to chance is not the book’s premise. Instead of hoping, yearning, and waiting for Love to come to you already formed. Additionally, I want to help you construct it deliberately. No one takes the time to educate us on the ins and outs of romantic relationships. Many of us are thrown into them without a solid foundation. We must rely on romantic comedies and other forms of popular culture to help us figure things out as we go”.
