Tiffany Hadish breaks silence on being sued for child abuse

Tiffany Haddish has responded to claims of child sex abuse against her in a recent lawsuit. On September 6 morning, Haddish sent a statement to Instagram. Additionally, the Girls Trip actress acknowledged she could not go into further detail about the allegations.

Details About the Lawsuit

The lawsuit claims that Haddish and comedian Aries Spears tricked a girl and a kid into participating in sexually suggested video routines. It is from 2013 start. At that time, the age of the girl is 14. Simultaneously the kid’s age is 7. The brother and sister claim included the title “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes.” And it was on a Funny or Die post. According to reports, the sketch vanished in 2018.

Only Jane Doe and John Doe are in the filing to identify the sister and brother. Haddish instructed the two kids in a filed video to start groaning and making sex sounds. Hence it is as if they each consumed a sandwich. It mimicked the fellatio act.

Haddish instructed Plaintiff Jane Doe verbally. The statement said, “After that, he demonstrated to Plaintiff Jane Doe how to give fellatio. Also, it includes gestures, noises, moaning, and groaning.”

Story of Through a Pedophile’s Eyes 

The “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” sketch of Spears allegedly depicts lust. It is over the 7-year-old child’s assault. So it continues throughout the film.

Details of the Lawsuit

Haddish has helped, abetted, and been present during the whole recording of the video. Hence, she saw Spears assaulting a youngster sexually. The two comedians are accused of sexual abuse by a minor.

Thus it is for deliberate misbehavior, sexual violence, and sexual assault. Haddish is also accused of negligent supervision and failing to warn, and constructive fraud. Haddish’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, called the accusations as bogus claims.

According to Andrew Brettler, Trizah Morris, the plaintiff’s mother, has been attempting to bring these false claims. It has been against Ms. Haddish for several years.

Current Attorney of Haddish

Every attorney initially took on their case and many quit. Hence it was clear what was going on. Thus the adult daughter of Ms. Morris is acting as her attorney. This unwise action will have some consequences. Hence each of them must deal with them.
