He said they were ready for talks with Russia. However, he said that their numbers were not sufficient to defeat Belarus.

Zhelensky said Belarus was currently cooperating with Russia’s aggression, that Russia had carried out attacks from there, and that they would not negotiate in such a place. Warsaw, Bratislava, Budapest, Istanbul, and Baku have all agreed to hold talks wherever possible. They said they would hold talks in countries that are not opposed to Ukraine.

Zhelensky accused Russia of aggression and of destroying civilian settlements. Russia, which has said it is targeting military bases, has instead been bombarded with civilians.
