The story follows Hana Uzaki, the titular heroine of Uzaki Chan. She is an energetic and confident person. During her high school years, she is very reserved and shy around people, then she is today. Hana is surprised to know that, she is attending the same college as her fellow high school upperclassman, Shinichi Sakurai, who was in the same club, during her high school days.

After a year, she was surprised to know that, once active senior has now turned into a loner. She decides to spend much time with Shinichi, as possible.
