Miko Yotsuya is a high school girl who has lost her father and lives with her mother and brother. She has a rather special ability, or more like a curse, which is the ability to see ghosts. All kinds of terrible, horrible, and gruesome ones are visible to her in plain sight. The scared girl tries to navigate through her life without getting herself or others hurt. She pretends to be indifferent to the presence of these ominous beings. The paranormal presence in her life scares Miko but she tries her best to ignore it and lead her daily life.

She starts seeing supernatural beings. These paranormal encounters seem like an impossible convinces dream at first. But as she sees yet another ghost the next morning, she comes to terms with her reality. Many ghosts bother her at school and even try to harm her friend Hana. To protect her friend and herself from these relentless ghosts, Miko ignores their presence, which seems to work as for now.
