Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is a Japanese anime series based on a manga series of the same name. This anime series is produced by Pierrot and distributed by TV Tokyo. It is directed by Noriyuki Abe, Hiroyuki Yamashita, Toshiro Fujii, and Masayuki Koda and written by Makoto Uezu and, Masaya Honda. This anime series is supervised by manga writer Ukyo Kodachi. It premiered on TV Tokyo on April 5, 2017. Viz Media licensed the series on March 23, 2017, to simulcast it on Hulu and Crunchyroll.

About Boruto: Naruto Next Generations
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations series is a spin-off and sequel to the Naruto series. Boruto Uzumaki, the son of Naruto Uzumaki wants to become a great ninja like his father. He joins Ninja Academy. At Ninja Academy, he becomes a member of a ninja team led by Konohamaru Sarutobi, along with Sarada Uchina, the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura Uchina, and Mitsuki, Orochimaru’s artificial son. Boruto persuades Sasuke to train him.
This series starts slowly. In the beginning, there is less action. The storyline takes time to develop layers and it gets better with time. Boruto discovers his abilities and lives out of his father’s shadow.
What Happened in the Previous Episode?
In episode 215 Isshiki regained his form and visits Hidden Leaf Village. The Hidden Leaf village prepares for Isshiki’s visit. Boruto announces that he and Sasuke will fight Isshiki. Boruto is not afraid of death but he is afraid of losing control of his karma and hurting others.
