World Trigger is known as WorTri. It is a Japanese manga series written by Daisuke Ashihara. Illustrations too are done by Daisuke Ashihara. Since February 2013 Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is serializing the manga series. It serialized the manga until November 2018. Later in December 2018, the manga was transferred to Jump Square. All the chapters as of now are complied into 23 tankobon volumes by Shueisha.

Viz Media licensed the manga for English release in North America. Toei Animation adapted the manga for anime television series. It aired on TV Asahi from October 2014 until April 2016. The second season of the same aired between January to April 2021. The third season of the same is scheduled for release in October 2021.

Story of World Trigger.

The manga is based on the life of Yuma Kuga. He was transferred to a local school in the city of Mikado. People of Mikado are used to the frequent battles with the Neighbors. They returned to their normal life. Yuma who is a new student in the local school has white hair. He is a mystery to the people of Mikado.

He is a strong humanoid Neighbors. In school, he meets another student Osamu Mikumo. Osamu Mikumo is a C-class border trainee whose identity remains a secret. Kuga helps Osamu to keep his identity a secret from being getting discovered by Border.
