Publishers Doubleday and Anchor Books announced recently that Abrams has signed a deal to write two new political thrillers. Fans are awaiting the right activist’s new books. The former Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams has recently released one of her work ‘While Justice Sleeps’.

It is said that the new 2 books will be upgraded stories of famous law clerk Avery Keene. However the Avery Keene is the main character of Stacey’s latest book. ‘While Justice Sleeps’ is become the New York Times No.1 best seller this years. Till date 100,000 copies have been sold.

Stacey Abrams is really excited to continue her book and reprise her lead character’s storyline. According to Stacey: “I am thrilled to continue the story of Avery Keene- an exciting and brilliant protagonist-with Doubleday.” She also added: “Avery began her adventures in ‘While Justice Sleeps’, and now we can follow her as she discovers what’s next for her and those she loves in the years ahead.”

NBC Universal International Studios has proposed a television series based on ‘While Justice Sleeps’. Stacey will work there as a producer. Also Abrams’s earlier work on romans novel under named Selena Montgomery by Harlequin publishers in 2000 is reissued by Barkley. Abrams old books too are publishing again, which is a real treat for readers.

In ‘While Justice Sleeps’ Abrams established the character of Avery Keene as a dignified, strong morale woman of law, who dearly keeps her responsibilities no matter what. Before the Supreme Court Justice Howard Wynn goes to coma, he names Avery his legal guardian and grants her full power of attorney. Avery is praised by Wynn as ‘bearably brilliant’.
