After being reported this, the officials of sony confirm the server error. They said that we are working on this server error and hopefully we get the solutions very soon. Still that, they requested to their user to keep patient and support them by giving feedback.

So, to be honest the answer of this question is very tough to say. This type of error is very rare in the PlayStation platform. According to some users, they faced NP-32167-9 and NP-36206-7 type errors. So, in the end, we can say that, sony resolve the whole situation very soon and if everything went right.
