The renewal of season three of “Lost in Space” was so obvious that even if someone spread the fire of rumor that it won’t come back, fans wouldn’t still believe it. The creators of the series were already working under the shade even before Netflix announced the good news.
Burk Sharpless, the writer of the series duly commented that they were already writing the show but couldn’t disclose anything until and unless the renewal was confirmed. But now that they got the green light, they are pretty sure that it’s going to be another blockbuster. Even the streaming platform was so sure about the view count that they released the second season during Christmas, exactly the time when Prime Videos commenced their binge-watching season.
EXPECTED RELEASE DATE OF “LOST IN SPACE” SEASON 3:
The third season is said to be the final season of the series and as per the official Twitter account, they will release the season this year only. The production is almost over, just the final effects are getting imbibed.
Season one was aired back in April 2018 and the second one in the line in December 2019. The global pandemic halted the proceedings last year and hence the delay. But there hasn’t been any fixed date announced, just a general declaration. The shooting started in September 2020 and continued till January this year. So, there’s a possibility we will get to see our favorites either in the middle or end of the year, totally depending on the speed of the production.

POSSIBLE PLOT OF “LOST IN SPACE”: ARE THERE ANY SPOILERS?
The director of “Lost in Space”, Ted Biaselli shared some snippets of the upcoming season. The third part has so much waiting for the Robinson Family and their journey towards an epic destination. The crew is particularly thankful to Zack Estrin, Matt Sazama, Burk Sharpless, Kevin Burns, and Jon Jashni for “Lost in Space”, who have delivered a luxury execution, fantastic series for viewers to enjoy together with the entire family, and they absolutely can not wait for a third season to be seen again with the beloved.
This is for sure that the Robinsons are going to be power-packed through the thick and thin. Co-writer Matt Sazama said, “I mean that you know [the] family of Robinson is going eternally. However, we are aware of the tale that we began with [the] robotic pilot and whatever we want. The ending of this story is very satisfactory. After that more stories will occur.”
