The super hero film based on DC comic series Aquaman was released in 2018. Thi the sequence of Aquaman, Aquaman 2 is set to get to release in December 2022. The film is distributed by Warner Bros Pictures and it’s the sixth film in the DC Extended Universe.
James wan has directed the film. David Leslie Johnson, McGoldrick and will Beall wrote the script of the film. It’s the fifth highest-grossing film of 2018 and the 20th film of all time.
Emilia Clarke Replaces Lead Role in Aquaman:
The cast of Aquaman included Jason momoa as Arthur Curry, Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Patrick Wilson as Orm Marius, Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus, Yahya Abdul Mateen II as David Kane, Ludi Lin as captain Murk, Temuera Morrison as Thomas Curry and Nicole Kidman as Atlanna. The lead character of Mera which was played by Amber will be played by Emilia Clarke.
American actress Amber Heard known for her supporting role in the film ‘Never Back Down’ and ‘ Stoner Comedy Pineapple Express’. Both the films were released in 2008. She was seen in several other films including Aquaman. She was married to Johnny Depp until 2020 when they both got separated. Depp was accused for being abusive partner.
Amber is said to get replaced by the English actor Emilia Clarke. Emilia is known for her role in BBC one’s Opera Doctors. She was also seen in the HBO’s Game of Throne as Daenerys Targaryen. The role has earned her four Emmy awards nominations. She’s been seen in several movies including Breakfast at Tiffany’. Her most recent film is West End productions ‘ The Seagull’, Which was suspended due to Covid.
Another story is built by the fans states that the legal battle between Amber and Deep was the reason for her removal. As the fight involved both of them blaming eachother for being physically and verbally abusive Partners.
Amber won the case and Deep was fired from his upcoming film ‘Fantastic Beast ‘. Depp fans got really upset with this and questioned that why Amber didn’t face the same behavior in her professional life. All this seems only a rumour as other sources say that Amber is not fired from the film.
