Blackpink’s singer, fans heartthrob Jisoo is now globally a brand ambassador for Dior. Ever since Blackpink got its worldwide recognition, the 4 K-Pop stars Lisa, Rosé, Jennie, Jisoo started endorsing brands. For instance, Lisa promoted Celine, Rosé- YSL, Jennie for Chanel, and Jisoo for Dior.
Jisoo is not only a singer but she has acted in various Korean shows like Arthdal Chronicles. Hosted a show named Inkigayo alongside Jin-young and Doyoung. It was also announced by YG Entertainment that she will appear for the lead role in Snowdrop.
Dior’s New Face
On Saturday, March 7 Christian Dior made an announcement for its new global ambassador i.e. Jisoo. She has become a fashion and beauty ambassador both for the fashion house. Not only this as per the announcement it was revealed that Dior’s new Autumn-Winter 2021 collection is inspired by Jisoo’s personal style of fashion.
Even fashion Critic of Vogue, Anders Christian Madsen described it as a “collection suspended between the idea of the classic and timeless wardrobe that feels essential now and the alluring danger of the fairy tale world.”
Dior’s AW21 Collection
Jisoo’s personal style is a bit inclined towards a schoolgirl. She has often been observed wearing skirts. Be it pleated, checked, or just a simple sweet flippy skirt. Not just this she also loves to wear flowy gowns.
Unveiled on March 8, Dior confirmed the virtual Paris Fashion Week where Jisoo inspired signature looks were apparent all through the show. Here are some of the looks from the Dior AW21 Collection.
