Walking Dead is a popular American post-apocalyptic horror series. It is based on the comic book of the same titular name. The comic book is penned by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard.
The story revolves around Sheriff Deputy Rick Grimes who wakes up from a coma and comes to know that the world is in ruins and will now need to lead a group of survivors to stay alive and protect themselves from the zombies.
AMC has finally begun the productions on The Walking Dead season 11, which will end the horror zombie theme series.
The production was put to a halt due to the ongoing pandemic. As the Covid-19 outbreak continues, the creators of the post-apocalyptic drama have confirmed that an extended version of season 11 will officially conclude the series at one go.
What is the mini-series of The Walking dead gonna be?
The mini-series which is going to release in 2021 will focus on the Individual characters in the series. October would have been the start of the brand new series of the Walking Dead.
Due to the Pandemic, we are only left with a 45-minute episode of A Certain Doom that will make us await the new season until next year.
Not much has been revealed about the upcoming six episodes, due to the pandemic. The mini-series will be in an anthology-style series that will dive into the survivors’ lives with which will be followed by the war with Beta (Ryan Hurst).
When will Season 11 commence?
The anthology series which will be the part of season 11, some fans are viewing the series as an extended version of season 10. We are promised a 16 episode of the 11th season in 2022.
The official release date for the final season is not yet confirmed by the team of The Walking Dead. Season 11 will have 24 episodes. The first half of the series will be premiered in 2021. The second half of the series will drop in 2022.
