Japanese fantasy-drama anime series The Seven Deadly Sins is currently premiering its 5th season. The Seven Deadly Sins is one of the most popular anime series around the world. It has gained a huge fan base through its consecutive 4 seasons. Till now only 3 episodes of season 5 have been released. Now it’s time for the 4th one to come. Here are all the details.
Release Date
The 4th episode of The Seven Deadly Sins season 5 is going to be released on this Wednesday, February 3, 2021. The airing time is 5.55 PM JST on TV Tokyo and BSTV Tokyo. The 4th episode is titled ‘The Holy War’s Victim’. Season 5 named ‘The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgment’ has started premiering on January 13, 2021. The very first season of this anime premiered in October 2014.
The Seven Deadly Sins season 5’s directors are: Marvey Jack and Susumu Nishizama. Rintaro Ikeda is the scriptwriter. The series is produced by Studio Deen. Hiroyuki Sawano, Kohta Yamamoto and Takafumi Wada are the music composers. Akihito Okano and Reona performed the opening track ‘Light That’ and ending theme ‘Time’ respectively.
Meliodas, Ban & Wild at Demon Castle: Episode 4 Plot
The Seven Deadly Sins aka ‘Nanatsu no Taizai’ is based on Japanese manga series of the same name. The manga is written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki. The Seven Deadly Sins follows the story of a group of Britannia’s legendary nights: The Sins. In the story Princess Elizabeth Liones is on a mission to establish her kingdom. She seeks help from these Knights to defeat Holy Knight’s tyrannical rules. Elizabeth finally meets the seven Sins, of which Meliodas- the sin of wrath is the leader. They together end Holy Knight’s rule but new dangers arrive to them.
Coming to the season 5 episode 3 recap, the group of Meliodas, Ban & Wild, Hawk’s elder brother are all set to go to Demon’s Castle. On the way, the group talks about their families. Wild shares that he is going to Demon’s castle only to find his brother. Meliodas talks about his two younger brothers: Zeldris and Estarossa. Meliodas recalls how Zeldris cared about him but he too has some secrets. Zeldris loved Zelda, a vampire. The episode then showed Zeldris’s story by Meliodas’s perspective.
When Meliodas started rising, vampire king Izrat tried to protest against the Demon king, as the vampires were Demon’s slaves for ages. Demon King ordered Zeldris to kill all the vampires, but instead Zeldris sealed them to save Zelda. When Zelda returned after 3000 years, a local man told him that the Sins had broken the seal and killed the vampires long ago.
On the other side in Camelot, Escanot thought about using Divine Sword to destroy Nebula. When Zeldris got to know Escanor’s intentions he tried to stop him. But Escanor killed him with the Divine Spear. In the upcoming episode the results of Camelot’s war will be shown. Viewers will finally get to know what happened to Zelda and Meliodas, Ban & Wild will reach the castle to face Demon.
