Mamare Touno wrote a novel series by the name of Log Horizon in Japan and Kazuhiro Hara illustrated it. For the world who are into manga, it started to publish their manga online in 2010 for their readers.

This was done by Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Enterbrain later acquired the whole series and again start publishing in 2011. On the 5th of October, 2013 It was first made into an anime and the whole world went crazy around it.

THE PLOT:

The plot revolves around MMORPG, these are a kind of video games that gives you a role, and you play that role surrounded by different characters or roles, thousands of them. Elder Tale is the name of the video game in this series.

Unable to log out from the game, users are pulled out of their everyday lifestyle and pushed into the game. The name of the main character is Shiroe, who is a college student but is a very shy boy. But he loves this new role and starts to search for his new identity.

Two seasons have already been aired and two episodes from the third season have been premiered too. Now for the third season. The third season is going to be released on the 27th of January 2021.

It will be streaming on NHK Educational TV. You can stream every episode with English subtitles on Funimation, AnimeLab, and Wakanim. For Japan, you can stream it on Japan Netflix. For Dubbed versions, you can stream on HULU, HIDIVE, and Crunchyroll.

At the ending of episode 2 of season 3, we see that people are delighted to see Eins transforming into Duke of Akiba so that he can change their surroundings into positive needs.

The history of the Yamato was also learned by Akatsuki and Shiroe. The reports about Akiba has been reached to Indicus. She does not want to lose her control over the Yamato server.
