Wayne Brady also appeared as Mr. Fox on the celebrity singing reality show ‘The Masked Singer’.

The ‘Mom’ who raised Wayne

Wayne Brady was born on June 2, 1972, in Columbus, Georgia. Wayne later moved to Orlando, Florida and he was raised under his grandmother’s supervision. Their bond was so strong that Wayne actually called her mom. Wayne’s grandmother tutored him and helped him to overcome his stuttering problems.
Fans mostly know Wayne for his comic roles in ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway?’, ‘How I Met Your Mother’ etc.

He later joined season 2 in 2019, and won the title as Mr.Fox. Brady’s love for music is eternal, he loves Backstreet Boys, Beyonce, NSYNC and many more.
Brady Faced Mental Health Issues
Wayne Brady has admitted that he had suffered mental health issues at various points of his life. Due to his stuttering, he was bullied in school, which led to severe anxiety. On his 42nd birthday, he had a mental breakdown and was diagnosed with clinical depression. However, through his 2nd wife Taketa’s support he had overcome.
Wayne Brady was nominated several times and won many awards. He won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Performance for ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway?’. Again in 2003, he won Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Show Host for ‘The Wayne Brady Show’.
In 2014, and 2018 Brady won Emmy Awards for Outstanding Original Song and Outstanding Talk Show Host respectively. He was even nominated for a Grammy for his song ‘A Change Is Gonna Come’.
