Brie Larson is an American actress and filmmaker known best for playing the role of Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel in the MCU movie Captain Marvel(2019).
Before this, Larson was also famous for her work in Room(2015) and Kong: Skull Island(2017). In her initial years of her career, she played supporting roles in a number of comedy movies like 13 going on 30(2004) and 21 Jump Street(2012).
Larson is not known to be comfortable while discussing about her personal life, because she does not want to be judged for her imperfections. The privacy also helps her experiment with playing different characters without being typecast. Even so, she has been spotted dating a few men during her time as an actress.
Cody Linley (2006 – 2007)
Cody Linley is best known for playing Miley’s love interest Jake Ryan in the Hannah Montana Series. Brie Larson met Cody Linley when they were working together in the movie Hoot(2006). They dated for a year and split in 2007.
John Patrick Amedori (2008 – 2012)
John Patrick Amedori is an American actor and musician who has worked in television series like Gossip Girl, Criminal Minds, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, and The Good Doctor. Brie Larson and Amedori were spotted vacationing in Miami in 2009.
Amedori was also her date at the premiere of United States of Tara in 2009. Both were seen together in the 2010 movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. They moved their separate ways in 2012.
Alex Greenwald (2013 – 2019)
Alex Greenwald is the lead singer of the band Phantom Planet who dated Larson since 2013. In 2016 they got engaged and began living together in Hollywood Hills, LA. She thanked him in her acceptance speeches for creating a comfortable space for her and for encouraging her to take risks in her career.
Things looked quite serious until January 2019 when both called off their engagement. As per sources, they wanted to take a step back but they still remain close. In June 2020, Greenwald confirmed that he was dating Australian actress Phoebe Tonkin.
Who Is She Dating Now?
Since 2019, Larson is dating actor and musician Elijah Allan-Blitz. Blitz has worked in The Shield(2003), She’s Funny That Way(2014), and a few independent films.
The couple was first spotted kissing each other at the parking lot in July 2019 when they were shopping. Since then, rumors about their dating began to fly. They were seen holding hands at the 2020 Oscars, publicizing their relationship.
