Here today also we are coming with another heartbreaking news for movie lovers that, Travelers season 4 was canceled. According to the news, it confirmed that the famous streaming platform Netflix canceled the show.
Lots of fans and viewers of these show curious to know why the show was canceled. Eric McCormack (who plays Grant Maclaren) announced on his Twitter that the show would be ending after three seasons. Before in the year 2018, the show was canceled by its original network showcase. After that, the production contract with Netflix for broadcasting the show.
Why the travelers season 4 canceled?
The “Travelers” was previously broadcasting on the OTT platform Netflix. But recently this streaming platform announced there will be no season 4 for these famous sci-fi series. But there are no reason said by the authorities why they discontinue the series.
The star cast Eric McCormack released a video on 1st February in Twitter to announce the show was canceled.
That video said: “Hey my fellow travelers. First of all, let me say a huge thank you for your ravenous response to season three worldwide. “It’s really gratifying for all of us. But for now, Protocol 5 – much love from 3468 in the 21st.”
But the fans of this show totally shocked to hear that season 4 is canceled. As season 3 came up with great success, they are all waiting for its 4th season.
Travelers creator Bras Wright tweeted, Travelers creator Brad Wright tweeted: “Well, all good things…
“A lot of you have been asking about the possibility of a season four, but many of you have been saying, ‘look, if this is it, what a moving and surprising and profound ending it is.’
“Well, I’m afraid it is [the end]. Who knows what the future holds, but Travelers Program 1, as we call it, is complete.”On behalf of our creator, Brad Wright, our fellow producers and directors, designers and writers, our amazing crew in Vancouver, and all of the cast, who I love more than they know, I want to say thank you”.
He also said that, though Netflix didn’t reveal the reason behind it, it was a great journey overall.
Travelers Season 4 Release date
So, to be honest there will be no possibility of coming back to the series till now. But we all know, “if there is a will, there is a way”. So everything can possible. Maybe in the future, the show may come for its millions of fans.
