Actor Anne Heche breathes her last 

The actress Anne Heche passed just a week after a vehicle collision claimed her life.

Heche earned a Daytime Emmy in 1991 for her performance on the soap opera “Another World,” where she became widely known.

While performing in the Broadway production of “Twentieth Century,” she received a Tony Award nomination in 2004.

A week after she was involved in a car accident that resulted in her death, a representative for the family confirmed.

Heche, 53, had been comatose in hospital with severe brain damage since the catastrophic incident on August 5.

“Today, we lost a bright light, a kind and most joyous person, a loving mother, and a faithful friend.
