C1S1, the newest update of Battleground in July has created issues for Indian players. The game has hooked over 34 million people in the first week since its release on July 2. The problem arises after its update related to unicorn-set outfits, login rewards, UC purchases and more. However, South Korean developer Krafton has convinced everyone by saying to fix the issues as soon as possible.
Release and Update
The battleground was made available for all Android users on July 2 after giving early access to the beta testers. After getting a great response by seeing the installation of the game, there was a new update released. Unfortunately, it contained some unknown issues which are said to be looked upon.
The latest update of Battlegrounds in India has been released in the form of version 1.5.0… As a result, the update brought the changes and some new features with it.
Issues
Unexpectedly, some issues were reported after the release. The players reported that whenever they wore a Unicorn-set outfit, it always stuck at the loading screen. In response to this, the official website has revealed, “We have identified an issue of getting stuck in the loading. screen when wearing Unicorn set-outfits. (Enraged Unicorn Set, etc.) We apologize for the inconvenience; if you have Unicorn set-outfits, please refrain from equipping the outfit until the issue is solved.”
Some players also reported that the reward of Login Day 2 ‘Bring on the Heat’ was displayed as a Mission Card (S19). The issue was already said to be resolved while this is not the end. Some players have also faced the issue while purchasing the in-game currency UC that displays the error message as “UC not being claimed intermittently after purchase.” Though it cannot be solved instantly, Krafton suggested the players get in touch with Customer Care by using Settings > Basic > Customer Service.
Some issues were said to be on Krafton’s tracking page. Those include that you can end up on the wrong page when players used the Supply medal and players were not able to claim rewards from Daily Special Bundle.
