Rumble Garanndoll: Storyline 

It is a Japanese anime series in which the story begins in 2019, just before the change in historical eras of Japan. A rift to another dimension suddenly opens in the skies above, revealing a “turnabout” alternate world called “Shinkoku Nippon” full of crazy robots, and battery girls.

These giant creatures, with the support of their powerful weapons, succeed in conquering the government. This parallel version of Japan maintained its militarism and remains stuck in the Showa era.
