Kaiju No. 8 Storyline
In Japan, monsters known as Kaiju regularly attack the people of Japan. To fight these monsters, a military unit known as Japan Defense Force, risks their daily lives to protect civilians. After their town was destroyed by Kaiju, childhood friends Kafka Hibino and Mina Ashiro both commit to becoming members of the Defense Force.
However, Mina became commander, but Kafka failed the examination several times and became a member of the clean-up crew, Monster Sweeper.
After a Kaiju managed to enter his body, he obtained the ability to turn himself into humanoid Kaiju. He gains immense strength in Kaiju form, as he can destroy Honju with just a single punch. He can easily lift the company’s car, making Kikoru Shinomiya believe that he had his Defence suit.
