The plot of Season 29

Yasuichiro Yamamoto directed the twenty-ninth season of the Case Closed anime, which was produced by TMS Entertainment and Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation. The anime is based on the manga series Case Closed by Gosho Aoyama. The series was originally titled Meitantei Conan in Japan, but due to licensing concerns, it was renamed, Detective Conan. The story follows teenage detective Shinichi Kudo, who was converted into a kid by the poison APTX 4869 yet continues to work as a detective under the nickname Conan Edogawa.

Detective Chiba is seen buying a big amount of food at a convenience store, and the Detective Boys pursue him. They walked into a typical apartment complex. They assumed he’d gone to see a friend, but Conan discovered that the flat was brand new, and Detective Chiba was stationed there on a surveillance mission. He pursues him and comes face to face with Detective Takagi. The Detective Boys beg him to let them wait until the doctor arrives, and they learn that the stakeout is in response to a jewelry store heist and murder that occurred last week.

“The Monorail Sniper Case (Part One)” will be the title of Episode 77. Season 29 Episode 77 of Case Closed is set to air on August 28, 2021.

In this episode Conan and Kogoro are speculated to drive to the bay area when they notice a bullet has struck the monorail, injuring one of the riders. The two exits the monorail at an emergency stop and pursue the shooter, eventually finding him in a room in an apartment complex.
