Lee Shin-young is a South Korean actor who is most popularly known for his portrayal of Park Kwang-beom in the famous television drama Crash Landing On You alongside Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin. The show aired from 14 December 2019 to February 16, 2020, on tv and Netflix.
The show was a huge success and became the highest-rated Korean drama on tvN and the third highest-rated Korean TV drama in television history. Lee Shin-young is also known for his lead role in the television drama ‘How to Buy a Friend’.
Who is Lee Shin-young?
Born on 24 January 1998, Lee Shin-young is a South Korean actor. He made his acting debut in 2018 with the web series Just One Bite. He had portrayed many roles since then. The most recent of them include Park Chan-hong in the 2020 television series How to Buy a Friend and the first lieutenant Park Kwang-beom, in the television drama Crash Landing on You.
The actor is all set to play one of the lead roles in the upcoming television series Blue Spring From a Distance. The show is about people in their 20’s and what struggles they face when they are in a university. Lee Shin-young will be starring alongside actor Park Ji-hoon and Kang Min-ah.
Blue Spring From a Distance will be airing on 14 June 2021 on KBS and Viki.
