When Riverdale Season one came out four years ago it took the world by storm as every teenager fall in love with the show. Everything in the show was amazing from its beautiful characters to its beautiful story. Since 2017 every teenager is a ‘Riverdale’ fan. Riverdale is an American television series which is based on the characters of famous comic ‘Archie Comic’.
The CW drama series debuted with its season 1 on January 26, 2017, and it aired till May 11, 2017, with a total of thirteen episodes. This show becomes one of the major hits of 2017 and made the lead cast KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Cole Sprouse and Camila Mendes an overnight stars.
This American drama series then aired for the second season from October 2017 to May 2018 with a total of twenty-two episodes. The third season of the show also ran for the 22 episodes from October 2018 to May 2019. The fourth season of the show aired for 19 episodes from October 2019 to May 2020.

The fourth season of the Riverdale was a hit and fans all around the globe started craving for the fifth season of the show. Fans wanted next season so soon because fourth season of the show was cut short due to the ongoing virus as 4th season was originally planned for 22 episodes but because of corona virus, it ran only for 19 episodes.
But folks you will happy to know that the missing episodes are part of the fifth season. In January 2020 CW renewed this hit drama series for the fifth season and man oh man what a season this is.
Riverdale Season 5
In the Riverdale season 5 which premiered last month, we are going to see the time jump of seven years. After episode 3 we are going to see the cast of the show in their twenties.
On January 20, 2021, Riverdale returned to our television screens with Season 5 episode one which happens to be 77th episode in total titled ‘Chapter Seventy-Seven: Climax’. Then a week later on January 27, 2021, we get to see Riverdale Season 5 Episode 2 titled ‘Chapter Seventy-eight: The Preppy Murders’.

Netflix users who don’t live in the UK, US, Canada and Australia can watch episode 3 on February 4 which is after 24 hours when it was premiered in The CW.
What will happen?
Like we mentioned before the last season of the show was cut short and this upcoming episode was meant to release as the finale of season four but it didn’t happen.
But here we are and in this new episode, we are going to see Archie and all his fans as high-schoolers for the last time. In episode 3 Archie and his friends will graduate from their high school.
But here is a twist and there will be problems for Archie Andrews. In the next episode, as per The CW Network, Archie will know if he is going to graduate high school with his friends or not. Jones will have to make a difficult decision concerning him and Jellybean.
After this episode, we will see them as an adult as the show will showcase the 7 years time jump and we will see them all grown up and doing their own things.
We will tell you that we are very excited as the story is going to get very entertaining and exciting.
