Why is the advertisement being questioned?

The advertisement, as many people suggest portrays a sort of toxic masculinity that is pretty obvious with the plot of the advertisement that is being shown. The way Butler speaks and the whole scene with a beer and the bar and everything propagates a sort of stereotype about men that people in this time of decade do not want to continue.
