Actor Chris Pratt leaks his return in Thor: Love and Thunder along Chris Hemsworth.
MCU star Chris Pratt aka Star Lord has confirmed his return in the upcoming Thor movie- Thor: Love and Thunder. Director Taika Waititi has officially started to shoot the movie.
Star-Lord Joins Thor 4
Chris Pratt posted on Instagram about his journey to Australia to shoot the 4th installment of Thor- “I’ve got Guardians coming up next year. And I’ve got Thor. I’ll be in Thor in Australia, so I’ll be traveling to Australia in about a week.”
Brief Recap
In MCU’s first Infinity Saga- Avengers: Infinity War, it was Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord and the other Guardians who saved Thor in space. Since then, Guardians and Thor are related to each other’s storylines.
In Avengers: Endgame- in the end Thor will join the Guardians and move on in his life. So, it was clearly expected that in Thor: Love and Thunder, the Guardians will somehow be seen.
Return of Jane Foster
In the 2019 San Diego Comic-Con, Taika Waititi announced that MCU’s Thor franchise will get it’s installment with the return of Natalia Portman Jane Foster. Taika gave a direct hint that this time, Natalia’s character will become Lady Thor. Thor: Love and Thunder is expected to release in 2022.
Rumors are that Thor: Love and Thunder will be filmed similar to Avengers-style. Thus the movie may get numerous cross-over with specifically Thor’s mischievous brother Loki’s return. Though Tom Hiddleston’s Loki is getting its own series, rumors are that he will return in Thor 4 too.

Thor: Love and Thunder will have an ensemble star cast of Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, Natalia Portman’s Jane, Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie, Christian Bale, Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord and probably other Guardians Zoe Saldana(Gamora), Dave Bautista(Drax), Vin Diesel(Groot), Bradley Cooper(Rocket the Raccoon), and Karen Gillian(Nebula).
Thor: Love and Thunder’s story will be drastically new as fans can see the consequences of Lady Thor. And surely, Thor’s shadow love life with Jane will be lifted up again. Taika Waititi and team are currently shooting the movie.
Currently, MCU has few most-awaited movies in hands like Black Widow, The Eternals, and many OTT series like Loky, Hawkeye, What If, Falcon and Winter Soldier, etc. to release in 2021. And later. Black Widow has been postponed in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic. This means fans have to wait a little longer to watch Thor: Love and Thunder.
