Jujutsu Kaisen is going on winter break after releasing the 13th episode, which is also the conclusion of Vs Mahito Arc. The new episode will return on January 16, 2020, commencing the Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc. Yuji Itadori, along with his friends and seniors from Jujutsu Tech, Tokyo participates in the Goodwill event against the team of Kyoto. Itadori will reunite with Fushiguro and Nobara, who have presumed that Yuji is dead.
In the previous episode, titled Tomorrow, Yuji Itadori and Nanami battled against the evil Mahito, ultimately overpowering the cursed spirit. Yuji, who doesn’t like to kill, goes all out against Mahito after the cursed spirit kills Junpei. But, without Sakuna’s help, Itadori seemed weak against Mahito. Later, Nanami shows up and aids Yuji against Mahito. The sorcerers are again helpless when Mahito traps Nanami into his Domain Expansion.
Yuji, desperate to save his teacher, begins to pound the Domain from outside ultimately breaking it. When he enters the Domain, Sakuna wakes up and completely destroys Mahito’s Domain Expansion. Mahito, realizing that he is no match for Sakuna escape into the sewers. Later, Nanami meets with Gojou explaining the events. Meanwhile, Yuji claims that he would never lose again.
Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 14 Spoilers
The next episode will be the first episode of the Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc, titled Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event – Team Battle, Part 0. Since the anime has been faithful to the manga series, we can expect that the upcoming episode will feature the team battle against the schools from Tokyo and Kyoto. The event is also a front for the assassination of Yuji Itadori, ordered by Kyoto’s principal Gakuganji.
A total of six students from each Jujutsu school participates in the exchange event held in Tokyo. However, the second-year and third-year students of Kyoto are on a different mission, apart from participating in the event, which is killing Itadori. The first-year students, Yuji, Nobara, and Fushiguro joins the seniors, Maki, Panda, and Inumaki. While Yuji was training with Gojou, Nanami, and fighting Mahito, his friends were preparing for the event with the seniors.
