Some of the best Xbox Series X games that have been confirmed

Xbox Series X is right around the corner, and there are several new games and exclusives, releasing along with it. Xbox Series X is one of the strongest consoles in the world, and it can play games at high graphics and good frame rates.

Microsoft began announcing games back in May. But what grabbed the attention was the slew of games they announced at Xbox Showcase. Avowed, Fable and much more were announced during this event. And on top of that, they also announced that all the games showcased in Xbox Showcase will be coming to Game Pass on the day of release. Except for Halo Infinite which has been delayed until 2021.

So, given below is some of the best games that are confirmed for Xbox Series X-

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

The next entry to the very successful Assassin’s Creed franchise by Ubisoft. In this game, players will play as a Viking. They will have to lead their clan away from their native home to England. But the Saxons don’t want them to do so. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is an RPG game, where players can also build and form settlements, alliances, etc.

Avowed

There isn’t much information available for Avowed as of now. But from the look of the trailer, it seemed a lot like Elder Scrolls’ type of game. We can fairly assume that its an expansive RPG with lots of weapon-wielding.

Battlefield 6

EA has confirmed that Battlefield 6 will come to Xbox in 2021. It will also be available for PS4. The new battlefield game is a very demanding one, and it is going to use a lot of features of this new-gen consoles.

Resident Evil 8: Village

The announcement of Resident Evil 8 was the most shocking one. The trailer looked like a great first-person game, and just towards the end, it showed RE8. This looks just like the Resident Evil game we all wanted. It has that creepy European setting of Re4. And Chris Redfield also makes a return in this game.

Hogwarts Legacy

Hogwarts Legacy was announced at Sony’s PS5 event, but it is coming to Xbox too. The games take place much before the Harry Potter storyline of the books. Players will basically be a student at Hogwarts and as every Hogwarts student, they will face life-threatening dangers and will have to overcome that. By the way, if you are wondering if J.K. Rowling is involved in this game or not? Well, she is not. You can read more about that here.

These are just a few of the games that will be coming to Xbox Series X. These are the ones that I am most excited about. There are still lots of great games coming out. Games like Watch Dogs: Legion, Vampire: Bloodlines 2, Tell Me Why, Far Cry6, Fable, and more.
