Murdoc had used a SteelSeries Apex 7 TKL keyboard. In order to achieve the feat. This comes fitted with a small OLED display. Which can be modified using the SteelSeries Engine app.

Mr_Murdoc had added in a reply that the game itself is running on a connected computer.  it only used a script from JitHub. This mirrors the user’s desktop screen to the keyboard screen or OLED display. This ensures achieving the effect. Skyrim running natively on a keyboard seems absurd. However, given Bethesda’s penchant for ports we can never totally disqualify it.
