So, who is Xur, actually?

If you have been in the game for years, then you would probably know who Xur is. But for the first-timers, Xur is the agent of NIne and a popular non-playing character. His main job is to offer a bunch of exotic items with the players, in exchange of Legendary Shards. Xur has been around the game’s world since the first Bungie’s first-person shooter video game, Destiny.

However, the video-game developer changes the vendor’s habit in Destiny 2. Xur used to sell exotic weapons, armours, engrams, consumable, and even Legendary Shards in exchange with Motes of Light or the Strange Coins. Now, Xur only accepts Legendary Shards in exchange with the exotic items. He appears every weekday, starting from Friday 12 PM EST to same time around until the next weekly reset, which is on Tuesday.
